2014/12/25 泰國 TGO CoolMode標籤介紹
一般我們都了解泰國屬熱帶氣候，年平均溫度高達將近30oC，四季如夏。但雖然終年高溫，旅遊社或是旅遊書籍卻通常還是會提醒記得隨身攜帶一件輕便的外套，除了抵禦山區遊樂地點的寒冷外，另一個重點就是冷氣房內的涼意。
不過隨著氣候變遷的狀況日益嚴重，泰國當地也越來越注重節能減碳的行動作為，這也使得當地開始呼籲建築物空調系統節能外，也開始注重紡織衣物的節能特性，這也就是泰國Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO), 與 Thailand Textile Institute (THTI) 開始發展CoolMode標籤的原因。CoolMode的測試要求項目，共有三個表單，如下表所示。如台灣廠商有意願申請，僅能送至THTI的實驗室，並將送測結果，連同申請文件一併送至TGO進行審查，通過後即可取得CoolMode標籤。

| Distilled with sweat dissolvent according to ISO 105-E04 Test Solution II at 40C for 1 hour, then measure the value with Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS) or Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometer (ICP). For lead, cadmium, chromium (all) and chromium (VI) to be measured by US-VIS Spectrophotometer. |
